1977	Withdrawn from La Salle school like Bachelor in Sciences, Letters and Commerce.
1978-1982	Studies of English and Sciences in The Canal Zone College and Tulane University in Louisiana, U.S.A.
1989	Graduated of the program of Degree in Financial and Banking Administration of the University Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama. Graduated of the Program of High Direction of Companies of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico in Panama.
1990-1991	Representative for Panama of the American Soybean Association with seat in Mexico.
1991-1992	Program of Management of Sales and Trade from the University Latin-American of Science and Technology
1993 TO PRESENT	President and Adviser of diverse organizations dedicated to the field of Natural Nutrition.
1994	Director of Union Nacional de Pequeñas y Medianas  Empresas (UNPYME) Self-taught Studies in the field of Traditional Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Food Technologies and Additive Use in the Industrial Manufacture. Human Relations Dictated by the firm Dinamica de Seguros y Asesoria Legal.

Lecturer at "XVI Odontology Congress - Panama Social Security Department at the Panama Hotel Convention Center with the conference topic:"Natural Medicine for True Health".
2008	Lecturer at "II International Expo-Congress of Complementary and Alternative Medicine For a Better Quality of Life".  Atlapa International Convention Center.   Conference topic: "Natural Medicine,Naturopathic Medicine and DEAR System Health Recovery Method".

Due to Doctor Moreno's interest in the field of the business  administration, he has obtained the specialization in techniques such as General Administration of companies and industries, Financial Management, Purchases Management, Imports, industrial food production Management, trade management, sales management, Internet and management of formation of human resources .

In the field of health he has developed knowledge in traditional nutrition, clinical nutrition, naturopathic,  analogous & digital iridology, trofology(science of curing with foods), chiropractic, hypnotherapy, hydrotherapy, geotherapy and other alternatives therapies and at the present time he offers naturopathic consultancy in Centro Integral Dr. Omar Moreno.
